IODE is a Canadian women's charitable organization serving Canada for 120 years with hundreds of chapters across Canada. We work together to enhance the quality of life for individuals through education support, community service and citizenship programs.

IODE Princess Charlotte Literacy Project
Many IODE chapters are involved with recognizing the great-granddaughter of our patron, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Chapters are collecting books suitable for young children and donating them to libraries, grief centres, schools or shelters in honour of Princess Charlotte.
